Sole Lab Company is committed to your satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us at info@thesolelab.com.

Our return and refund policy applies to all items, except for customized products. Customized item sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Conditions

1. Items must be in perfect, unused condition, with original packaging.
2. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. Future shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

If we made an error, we will cover the re-delivery charges.

Return Process for Kuwait

Email info@thesolelab.com with your name, item name, and order number.

1. Full refunds are issued for items received at our facility within 3 working days of the delivery date, minus shipping and handling charges.
2. Returns received within 14 working days are eligible for exchange only, minus shipping and handling charges.

No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 14 working days. For international clients, you are responsible for returning the item(s).

International Returns

The same terms apply as above. We must receive the items before sending replacements. Return the items in original packaging at your expense. If the items are unused, we'll refund you within 7 days. If it's our fault, we'll cover shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot cancel orders that are already being shipped.

Terms & Conditions

Sole Lab Company operates both a physical store and an online platform. While we are not a manufacturer, we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images to the best of our knowledge. We are not responsible for duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees incurred with international shipping. Clients are responsible for understanding these charges and their country's legalities. If an item is refused delivery by the client for any reason, no refund will be provided, and additional charges may apply.
